VTLA thrives with your contributions of time and money. Our legislative program helps protect our system of justice by ensuring Virginia’s legal climate provides fair and equal access to justice for all Virginians. With YOUR help, VTLA provides year-round monitoring and influence in the development and modification of personal injury, other tort law, insurance, family, criminal, employment, civil rights, commercial products liability, Social Security and Worker’s Compensation law. The VTLPAC makes contributions to candidates committed to these ideals.
And we are more than just a legislative program. In 2022 our Foundation launched a new Diversity Scholarship/Fellowship program with the significant contributions by our members. This summer, two outstanding law students are making an impact in two member firms as part of that program. Other members are looking at looking at bike helmet safety programs and more!
