Join us again, sitting around the virtual campfire, to discuss the new changes in Virginia auto insurance law: a brief update to the changes with Medicaid at DMAS, and then more in depth look at the new UIM bad faith provision. Rob Reed will present and lead the open discussion.

It’s free and open to VTLA plaintiff attorney members only. Register here.

As the year ends and the legislature sets its sights on the new year, it’s your turn to help ensure that justice remains accessible and fair for all. VTLA is THE voice for trial lawyers and your clients in the General Assembly. We are a dedicated team, working to protect our legal system through advocacy and legislative action—but we need you on our team!

Your contribution directly supports:

  • Year-round advocacy program that monitors and influences legislation and policies that help protect and improve the law and the fairness of Virginia’s system of justice.
  • Direct support through VTL PAC to lawmakers who stand with us.

A contribution of any size helps do all that. Please consider making a gift before year-end by clicking HERE.

Thank you for being a VTLA donor. Any questions? Please reach out to our development director, Lori O’Toole.
