Running a solo or small firm requires more than legal skill—it requires a strong network of resources that support your practice, your clients, and your long-term success. This two-day retreat is designed to help solo and small firm owners build a practical ecosystem of financial and operational support.

This retreat is focused on strengthening your firm’s financial foundation while introducing practical systems to support sustainable growth. Sessions will cover proven operational frameworks, like EOS, to help you bring structure to your processes and run your firm more intentionally and efficiently. Other critical topics that will be covered include cash flow management, cultivating a strong firm culture, creating a functional virtual law office, integrating practical AI into your office, and evaluating how to proceed with appellate issues.

While this program does not offer CLE credit, through practical guidance and candid discussion, this retreat will help you identify the relationships, systems, and strategies that allow your practice to thrive so you can focus on delivering excellent results for your clients.

Who Should Attend: This program is designed for solo practitioners and owners or partners of small law firms who want to strengthen the business side of their practice. Attorneys who are looking to improve financial management, build sustainable referral and marketing networks, and develop the operational resources that support long-term growth will benefit from this retreat. Whether you are establishing your firm’s infrastructure or refining systems you have built over time, this program offers practical insight and peer-driven discussion tailored to the realities of running a small practice.
