This program provides plaintiff attorneys with a comprehensive framework for successfully litigating long-term care cases. Learn how to identify strong cases and conduct effective pre-suit work-ups, including leveraging focus groups to develop compelling case themes. Explore how medical malpractice strategies can be adapted to counter common nursing home defense tactics and delve into the complex corporate structures often used to shield liability, including veil piercing and successor/predecessor issues under Virginia law.
