9.0 Hours CLE (0.5 Hours Wellness)

Thinking about taking on medical malpractice cases? Or looking to enhance your strategy? May seem like climbing Mount Everest. We have a solution! This Retreat is built for plaintiff attorneys who want to master the complexities of med mal litigation.

Medical malpractice is one of the most complex and expert-driven areas of personal injury law, requiring a deep understanding of both law and medicine. This program focuses on the legal standards and will provide practical guidance on case selection, working with medical experts, navigating pre-suit requirements, and using AI to efficiently put your case together for trial.  Attendees will gain insights from experienced trial lawyers on how to evaluate potential cases, develop compelling theories of liability, and manage the unique challenges that come with litigating against healthcare providers.

Whether you're new to med mal or looking to sharpen your skills, this CLE will equip you with the tools to build stronger cases and advocate more effectively for your clients from beginning to end.

Who Should Attend: Any attorney who represents individuals injured by medical negligence or is looking to expand their personal injury practice into the complex field of healthcare-related litigation should attend. If you are new to med mal, be sure to attend the Primer session on Day 1!

Friday's lunch is kindly sponsored by JMW Settlements. Make plans to attend our cocktail reception following Friday's adjournment, courtesy of Joanna Wynes Settlements. Breakfast on Saturday courtesy of Parambil.
