This special event, offered in-person only, is open to plaintiff attorney members only, one of the many benefits of VTLA membership.

If depositions are your bumpy road, attend this intensive training, the final exit on VTLA's Route '26, and use what you gain as your strategic owner's manual. You will learn how to prepare meticulously, maintain laser-focused questioning, overcome opposing counsel's distractions, and extract critical admissions from witnesses while building a rock-solid case for trial.

VTLA's first Deposition College will deliver expert instruction, followed by small hands-on breakout sessions with mentorship from Virginia's top litigators. Transform your deposition approach, develop new techniques, and gain the tactical advantage that sets you apart. Whether you are looking to master new skills or fine-tune your technique, this program will help you get the admissions you want and need for trial.

Who Should Attend: This program will benefit any civil litigator or other lawyer seeking to improve their deposition technique and strategies. Whether you are a new associate or an experienced litigation attorney looking for a refresh, join us for this can’t-miss event.

Have you traveled the Route '26 Highway with us this year? If you attended the May 13 Pre-Litigation Seminar, the July 17-18 Auto Retreat, and the August 27 Discovery Seminar, you are eligible for a $200 discount! Call 804-343-1143 for details.
