Our program will take a close look at the basics of litigating an auto case, from bumper to bumper. This program will cover handling auto cases from intake and investigation of motor vehicle collision cases through trial. In between, we'll go through the fundamentals of case selection, client handling, the pre-litigation process, submission, negotiation, and litigation. We will wrap up the day by taking the auto case through both General District Court and Circuit Court.
Who Should Attend: Those who are new to representing clients in auto cases and seasoned personal injury lawyers, including legal staff, will all benefit from this program.
