Explore the realm of Virginia’s workers' compensation law through our comprehensive program designed by and for the claimant bar. You will uncover the latest legislative and case law updates, along with recent developments and practical strategies directly from industry experts. Who Should Attend: Tailored for attorneys specializing in workers' compensation claims on behalf of claimants.

On Friday, November 1, onsite registration opens at 11:15, lunch opens at 11:30, and our program starts at noon. Breakfast on Saturday opens at 8:30 am, and our program starts at 9 am and concludes at 12:15. Your registration fee includes Friday’s lunch, dinner, and reception, as well as breakfast on Saturday. Parking is free.

This retreat, offered in-person only, is open to attorney members, one of the many benefits of VTLA membership, and is restricted to claimant attorneys only.

CLE Certificate and Materials: 
Retreat materials, along with the CLE Certificate of Attendance, will be emailed to you 1-2 days before the program so that you may print any materials you wish to have with you. If you would like to access these materials while at the retreat, bring your laptop or tablet; no printed copies will be provided. Materials and certificates to any VTLA program you have registered for may be accessed in MyVTLA, located at the top of the VTLA website.

Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early and come to the VTLA registration table to check in.

Cancellations received before materials are emailed will be refunded the registration fee paid less a $50 cancellation fee.
