Almost every American owns a cell phone of some kind; smartphone ownership in the US is one of the highest in the world. A majority also own a desktop, laptop or tablet. The amount of data generated by these digital devices is overwhelming. Attend this program and learn what data can help in your next MVA case, keep your innocent client out of jail, or catch the cheating spouse
This program, the first of two, will explore what types of data are available and from who. Our presenters will explain the common types of evidence that can be recovered from cell phones, including deleted data. Other types of evidence will be discussed, including location information, text messages, multimedia, voice mails, cloud backups, emails, and more.
