Tractor Trailer litigation cases are ‘big’ not just because of the size of a truck involved. These cases often result in devastating, if not catastrophic, injuries; involve numerous parties; have levels of regulations to wade thru, and require exhaustive investigations. Once you’ve been retained, you’re often the last one out of the starting gate; the defense team is already way ahead of you.
This retreat offers in-depth learning about not only the basics of tractor-trailer litigation but intermediate and advanced topics. Taught by experts in this field, you’ll leave more knowledgeable and better prepared to take on, and win, these cases.
Our program begins at 9 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 11, and adjourns at 1:15 on Saturday, Nov. 12. Registration fee includes Friday's breakfast, lunch, and cocktail reception along with breakfast on Saturday. Friday's lunch is sponsored by Physician Life Care Planning and cocktail reception is sponsored by MoveDocs. Breakfast on both days is sponsored by Robson Forensics.
