As we noted in a previous Law Letter, we have made several changes to our standard listserve agreement governing all VTLA listerserves.
First, identifying information including - at a minimum - your name, firm and email should be in every message you post. This helps others know you!
Second, listserve messages may not be loaded into any open AI. You may keep messages in closed, internal applications, but sharing information in open applications is strictly forbidden.
