2017 Trial Start to Finish Seminar (2017 - 2018 Credit)

Published by Virginia Trial Lawyers Association

Summary

Watch and learn from some of VTLA’s very best trial attorneys as they demonstrate their trial techniques instead of simply talking about them – techniques derived from their own experiences combined with the most current research on how to reach jurors.
• In advance, all attendees will be given the same challenging fact pattern which involves a contested liability case and a traumatic brain injury.
• The faculty will be working with the fact pattern, developing their own style to show you.
• After each presentation, there will be a discussion with the moderator about how the presenters formulated their arguments or examinations.
Whether you’ve been in practice for 4 months or 40 years – whether you handle smaller injury cases or massive complex ones – you can’t miss this.
