Summary

“Make visible what, without you, might never have been seen.” – Robert Bresson

As a trial lawyer, you are the producer of the story of your client’s life, before and after. Are you going to show it to the jury and adjuster as it unfolds in real time or read it to them in past tense? This session will help the registrant realize the power of producing video demands for the adjuster and evidence for the jury. The presentation begins with ideas about gathering and creating available media, illustrates creative ways to intertwine media to maximize the impact of harms and loss proof, and provides examples of actual video demands sent in real cases. Foregoing the tired, old paper demand for cutting-edge video presentations brings extra attention to your cases and value to your clients.
