Parental alienation is a tactic used by one parent to undermine or destroy a child’s love, attachment and relationship with the other parent. Learn to identify this abuse, how it affects a child, the legal tools available to combat it and the possibilities of preserving parental relationships. And, as always, catch up on the important cases and legislation over the past year.
