Summary

The year 2020 has ushered in unprecedented changes to the way attorneys conduct 'business as usual' virtually overnight. In-person court appearances, depositions, and hearings are being replaced by live interaction in front of a camera. The legacy of our post-COVID19 legal world may very well be virtual justice given the ease, efficiency, and economy of use. Not only attorneys but clients too will need to learn how to present their best 'virtual selves' to maximize chances for a successful case outcome.

Join Katherine James of ACT of Communication for an hour packed with information on how you can advise your client to become their own best virtual witness at deposition. Katherine will deconstruct some of the basic elements of virtual performance.

Recorded live June 12, 2020.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the completion date for the 2020 MCLE requirement has been extended from October 31 to midnight EST December 31, 2020.
