This program contains two sessions:

1. 10 Hot Topics for Plaintiff Lawyers with Paul Hernandez

No matter your level of experience, every trial lawyer can learn something new after hearing how a colleague runs their practice. Paul will share his experience on such topics as how you can benefit from Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO), what do when insurance companies drag out settlements, and much more in this fast-moving, power learning session! 2. Challenges with an Undocumented Client with Amy Griggs and Chris Regan Learn how to successfully represent undocumented clients, including overcoming communication barriers, building trust, ensuring clients get paid, and more.
